Since all our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Each book is printed uniquely for every customer; therefore, we cannot resell or reuse customized products.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following exceptional case:

• The book is not printed as per your customization or order details (for example: wrong name, design, or layout due to an error on our part).

To request a refund, please contact us at info@kiddochronicle.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:

• Your order number

• Photos showing the issue or error

• A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will review your claim and process an appropriate refund or reprint at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Errors or spelling mistakes entered by the customer during customization.

• Change of mind after the order has been confirmed.

• Minor variations in color or print due to digital display differences.

• Delays caused by shipping or courier services beyond our control.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun, as each product is personalized and prepared specifically for you.
